How much does OinkBox cost?
When do boxes bill and ship?
Seasonal Boxes ship 4 times a year usually around the 2nd month of the current season.
Other boxes will ship right away.
Pre-paid subscription plans will be billed once a year on the 5th of the renewal month.
Seasonal subscription plans bill on the 5th of the seasonal shipping month.
ALL subscription plan automatically renew
Is there any commitment?
Subscription plans can be cancelled at anytime. No refund will be given for pre-paid plans as product has already been purchased and allocated for the upcoming boxes.
Can I customize or add items to my box?
YES! If you have any special requests or allergy concerns, please include them in your order notes and email them to us. (info@oinkboxes.com)
You can purchase other items along with your boxes. If there's room in your box, they will ship with it, otherwise other items might ship separately.
